My Journey with BWRT: From Skepticism to Transformation

In 2016, while pursuing a Diploma in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy, I first encountered BWRT (Brainworking Recursive Therapy). At the time, it was a relatively unknown therapeutic approach, and like many others, I was sceptical. It almost seemed too good to be true.

As my career progressed, I earned an MA in Clinical Counselling and spent several years as a counsellor within the NHS. While working with clients in the NHS and my private practice, I noticed a recurring issue: some people felt utterly stuck. Their emotional struggles persisted despite deep exploration and increased understanding of their situations. Some were tormented by their emotions, unable to break free from the grip of anxiety, fear, or trauma.

Determined to help these clients, I pursued additional training and explored various techniques, such as breathwork, the Rewind Technique, journaling, and life coaching strategies. While these tools relieved some, others still seemed trapped in their emotional pain.

Then, one day, while browsing the internet, I stumbled upon a book by Terence Watts titled BWRT: Reboot Your Life with Brainworking Recursive Therapy. Something clicked as I read through the book and delved into the information on the official BWRT website. I realized I had finally found the missing piece I had been searching for—something I had discovered years earlier but had not fully embraced.

Today, I am an advanced BWRT practitioner, and the impact has been profound. No more stuck clients! This powerful, cutting-edge therapy enables me to offer rapid, effective relief from years of emotional pain and distress. BWRT has transformed my practice and, more importantly, the lives of those I work with.

If you feel trapped by your emotions or struggle to move forward, BWRT could be the key to unlocking the freedom and peace you deserve.
